Just baked in the oven when the skin gets crispy and then cut open and slathered with butter is probably my favorite because you taste all the glory of the potato. But this bread ranks right up there! Please let know when you try it.Stacyhttp://www.foodlustpeoplelove.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2496305576756640634.post-25079484087353590352012-10-30T12:39:48.085-05:002012-10-30T12:39:48.085-05:00I love sweet potato sweet potato and I haven't...I love sweet potato sweet potato and I haven't tried sweet potato bread. I have heard that folks who can't tolerate regular cheese can eat hard aged cheeses like Parmesan without ill effect. You wouldn't want to put chunks of Parmesan but you could grate it to add to the dough.Stacyhttp://www.foodlustpeoplelove.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2496305576756640634.post-79509480817705631662012-10-30T09:43:37.645-05:002012-10-30T09:43:37.645-05:00The bread toasted the next day looks absolutely fa...The bread toasted the next day looks absolutely fantastic! The sweet potato gives it a lovely colour. I'd never thought of freezing walnuts before, what a great idea. My freezer is full of unlabelled bags of bits and pieces - it's always pot luck when I pull one out.

Glad to find another fan of Eat Your Books - a great resource :)Choclettehttp://twitter.com/Choclette8noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2496305576756640634.post-90516848094416461232012-10-26T13:16:31.387-05:002012-10-26T13:16:31.387-05:00Thanks, Dom!
